âPooh!â he cried. âI believe itâs Tigger and Roo!â
âSo it is,â said Pooh. âI thought it was a Jagular and another Jagular.â
âHallo, Roo!â called Piglet. âWhat are you doing?â
âWe canât get down, we canât get down!â cried Roo. âIsnât it fun? Pooh, isnât it fun, Tigger and I are living in a tree, like Owl, and weâre going to stay here forever and ever. I can see Pigletâs house. Piglet, I can see your house from here. Arenât we high? Is Owlâs house as high up as this?â
âHow did you get there, Roo?â asked Piglet.
âOn Tiggerâs back! And Tiggers canât climb downwards, because their tails get in the way, only upwards, and Tigger forgot about that when we started, and heâs only just remembered. So weâve got to stay here forever and everâ âunless we go higher. What did you say, Tigger? Oh, Tigger says if we go higher we shanât be able to see Pigletâs house so well, so weâre going to stop here.â
