according to act of parliament made to that purpose^ that all persons ivho shall refuse to subscribe the said en- gagementy shall ha'oe a ycarets time if they please to remote themsehes and their estates out of Vir^ ginia, and in the mean time during the said yeare to haiye equall justice as formerly, '' Illy.
