I heartily agree with every statement of principle which you make. There are some places where I might get up a discussion with you, but none of them concern the crux of ^our whole work, the Trust problem, they are side issues or minor pomts. Fundamentally we are agreed not only on, matters of Socialist economics, but also on matters of wider Socialist philosophy. Your position on the Trust problem is in perfect agreement so far as the outcome is concerned, with Marxian economics, and even in the explanation of the causes of the accumulation of capital you are in accord with Marx, only that Marx goes more deeply into the mechanism of capitalist accumulation.
