Well Al I didnāt get one anywheres near close for Strunk and walked him and it was Ruthās turn. The next thing I seen of the ball it was sailing into the right field bleachers where the black birds sets. And thatās all I seen of the ball game.
Well old pal I didnāt stop to look up in the stand on the way out and I donāt remember changing clothes or nothing but I know I must of rode straight down town and when I woke up this a.m. I was still down town and I havenāt called up home or the ball pk. or nowheres else and as far is I am concerned I am through with the both of them as a man canāt pitch baseball and have any home life and a man canāt have the kind of home life I have got and pitch baseball.
All that worrys me is the kiddies and what will become of them if they donāt ward them to me. And another thing I would like to know is who put me to bed in this hotel last night as who ever undressed me forgot to take off my clothes.
