Bold Turpin vunce, on Hounslow Heath,

His bold mare Bess bestrode⁠—er;

Ven there he see’d the Bishop’s coach

A-coming along the road⁠—er.

So he gallops close to the ’orse’s legs,

And he claps his head vithin;
