No se puede negar sino que aquel que es hecho juez para sentarse sobre el nacimiento o la muerte de los libros, para decidir si pueden o no ser transportados a este mundo, necesita ser un hombre por encima de la medida común, estudioso, culto y juicioso a la vez; de otro modo, puede haber errores notables en la censura de lo que es aceptable o no; lo cual es también un perjuicio considerable.
